    Brand Identity

    The Preserve is a rare community that lives in harmony with its natural surroundings. The 45-acre Marjorie Perry Nature Preserve is the centerpiece of the neighborhood, and our task was to create a brand that reflected the peaceful sanctuary. When we toured the preserve, the first thing we saw was a beautiful white heron and we knew immediately that it would become the identity for this special community.

    Our next project was to apply the new identity to the brochures and advertising material while maintaining the integrity of the new brand.

  • Monumentation


    We designed monumentation for The Preserve at Greenwood Village to emulate the environment of the community. The logo was fabricated in bronze and the typography was incised and coated with copper foil.
